I recently got a FitBit and MFP. FitBit takes my goal weight and adjusts my calorie intake accordingly and so does MFP. FItBit does not look like it takes into account the calories I burned and the steps I take and adjust how much calorie I can have daily. MFP does. Which one do you guys follow?
I'm using MFP as its taking my steps into account (and I can eat more). I figured since this is my main food tracker and it is taking into account my steps. I should follow this one.
