I'm new but I'm not

iv been doing MFP for awhile I have lost 22pounds. But currently Iv fallen out of my program and I just can't seem to get back into it! I need to go back to my lifestyle change but it's hard once you stop its hard to start again...

    Yep. It's real hard to get back into the groove if you fall out of it. The only way to fix it is to just force yourself back into it. Once you can start getting yourself consistent again, it's much easier to stay in. If exercise makes it hard to stay committed, you're trying to do too much too fast. Start slow and build up.
