Protein brownie/mugcake
**NOT MY RECIPE**
Just something I see a lot of on instagram the Beltsanderbrownie, I believe. I've seen a few different versions of it floating around and I finally found one that I think is perfect, kinda like a lava cake And since I'm new here, I'm trying to make friends, so add me if you like ^-^
Ingredients:
♥1 scoop protein powder (Cellucor brand gives the best texture for me, most recommend a chocolate flavor but I actually really like the Cinnamon Swirl kind in this)
♥1TBS cocoa/cacao powder
♥3/4+1/8 tsp baking powder (odd measurement I know, but when I used 1tsp it puffed up too much and spilled all over my microwave ._. )
♥1/4c unsweetened almond milk (I haven't tried it with different flavors, but I assume they would all taste fine)
1. Mix dry ingredients in mug
2. Add almond milk and mix until batter is formed
3. Microwave for 35-60sec. (I usually go for 38sec. That way its still uncooked on the outsides, like a chocolate ganache ^-^)
4. Eat
Macros:
148cal/6g carbs/ 3g fat/ 26g protein/ 1g sugar
