Chewy food and recipe ideas

I love chewy texture for food and am a total addictive to things like fudge/caramel and quest bars, as well as oatmeal etc. Any idea for chewy foods or recipes? If possible low cal! Unfortunately it seems that mostly high cal food has got this texture....
