Ladies!!! How do you deal with 'that time'!!!!

Sorry ladies but I was just wondering how you deal with 'time of the month'
I turn into a pig, can't get enough food in my face and it throws me... Any tips?

    Dark chocolate & Water. The dark chocolate has lots of antioxidants that your body can use & some nutrients. It also sometimes helps with cramps & allows you to have something sweet without binging on junk. Water, to fill any void after that.. Lots of it will fill you up quick!
