Hello, guys!

I just bought tropical mix of dried fruits, in the nutrition label says "47 calories" per 100 gr. But that seems pretty low... the mix consists dried fruit cubes of coconut, papaya, apples, mango - I think? What are supposed to be the calories of dried fruits?

Are you sure you are reading it correctly and it doesnt say per serving and then they make up some ridiculous tuny amount to make it look like there are less calories than there are? i.e 1oz.

    That says 347.

Yeah, that doesn't sound right. There's a tesco one in the database with 1 confirmation and it's 160 calories for 50g. That seems way more on the ticket. dried fruit is very calorie dense.

I think its deliberate they do the serving size thing becayse they want to get you to buy it so they make it look lower calorie. They know people are switched onto the per 100g number.
