College student

I am almost 21 and a "decent" weight but I am struggling. I have had medical problems for a lot of my life so exercise and eating right has always been tricky for me. I'm in college now so I'm kind of forced into a certain diet. When I'm not at school or at work I don't have anything to do besides eat. Can I have help with hobbies or just a reason to try?

Hi all - also a college student, almost at the end of my final semester.
Do your health issues keep you from joining an exercise based club? Ultimate Frisbee and women's rugby are really popular as club sports you can join with no prior experience where I go to school. You get exercise and a social life at the same time.0
