Getting back up again!

Hi All!
I am not new to this site but need that support that we all crave so much. It's so much easier to stay true when you have others cheering you along the way.
I had surgery 3 weeks ago and haven't been to the gym in 2 months. I am going insane!! I am not yet cleared for my normal gym routine, walking only. My eating habits have been horrible and I need to get back on track before my clothes get tight!!
Help me get back into the swing of things! I miss my gym time but I love cookies!!! Lol

    Practice exercising saying no if its causing you that much stress or relax and be patient. If you are allowed to walk and can do so, then you can walk a long way during the day.
