How do you track bowling? I bowled three games last night and just wondered how am I supposed to track that? How do you know how long it takes to bowl?

I would probably not track that, and just think of it like a bonus. Like, I track my dog walks, but not my time spent in the dog park, because sometimes I'm meandering and throwing and walking up and down hills, and sometimes I'm standing and chatting. It's not really trackable. It's great to get some extra standing and movement in my day, but the calories are probably negligible.
If you want a log of it, you can create an entry under Strength, or add an Exercise Note, or create an entry under Cardio but make the calories very small. That way you can still see that you had activity that day.0
