I really like blending up figs or dates with a bit of water until it's like a paste, then adding quick oats, chia seeds, flax seed, protein powder and peanut butter (or P2B) I can't give a recipe, since I tend to mix as I go ... play around and don't be scared to try some different flavours out!0
