Health Question

Hello everyone, I need advice this morning. I have been doing light exercises the past couple weeks. I have lost several pounds already which I assume is water weight. However, my face seems to be bloated more than I've seen it in a while. Is this normal? I am not eating worse than usual. I am drinking more water than usual. I do have Fjbromyalgia but I've never experienced this before, at least that I'm aware of. Thank you for any advice.

This sounds like a question for your doctor.0

Is it ONLY your face that is bloated? Hands, feet, etc.? If it is your face only then only thing I could think of is if you are having any allergy or sinus issues. If not, please go to the doctor because I don't think anyone here can help. Sorry!0

Actually, I think it is in the extremities as well. My right has been difficult to remove as well. I didn't put the two together until you asked. Thanks.0

Extra sodium or carbs, menstrual cycle, allergies.....any of these can cause your face to look bloated. If it doesn't go away, I third the "call your doctor" answer.0

Ahhh! I ate sunflower seeds (in she'll) yesterday! We are still in the "get rid of the junk food" phase and that was on husbands list. Love sunflower seeds, just not the salt.
I'll give it a few days and see what happens. Other than the bloat. I feel better than I have in awhile. Thanks for the advice!0
