NSV - Coworker

So today, after seeing this coworker who works remotely very often (see him once every few months or so) came into the office. The first thing he said to me was.... "looking good, keep it up whatever it is you are doing and walked away. He is also someone who is very fit for his age so makes it even more amazing.

This has to be the greatest feeling in the world. It's not like I am the type of person who needs people's feedback, I myself see the difference week after week but this totally made my day (and it's raining so it brought me to smile on this gloomy day).

That is awesome. I am not much of an attention hound either..... but every once in a while it is nice when someone notices and throws a compliment out there.

That's great! It's great when people notice the changes in you, especially when they aren't someone you are close to. People who you are close to tend to be more supportive. So it's great that it came from someone who is more of an acquaintance.
