Archery????

I shoot my bows every single day 150-to 200 times after work. One is pulling at 72lbs and the other at 81 lbs. My question is how do I track this. I don't eat my exercise calories so I really don't care about that part, but what gym exercises would be close to archery. I do most of my shooting in timed 20 shot sets of about 5 minutes or 1 shot every 10 to 15 seconds. I definitely sweat. My upper back, lower back, shoulders, triceps and neck get fatigued in that order. Thanks in advance to anyone who can offer insight on this one.
