Just thought I would say hi. I have been using this app for 10 days now, using it to keep accountable for my caloric intake. I am a personal trainer and work in a community center as well as doing training on my own, so I am fit but I have always had a tendency to carry some extra weight. I have decided to try to lose the unwanted body fat and get lean and ripped looking.
