It's awesome. Totally kicked my butt!
I got it on YouTube for free! There are tons of other videos too.

I had my fitbit surge on and it said my average heart rate was in the 130s. I burned 375cals.

Love it!

I have that one on DVD. It's quite brutal - far harder than 30DS!! Kudos for doing it - your body will hate you tomorrow!

My favorite video! I burn around 450-500 per full session. I started burning calories around 350 per workout, but when you get used to it, the jumping makes a big diffrence. I only squat for the scissor kicks now. It changed my body shape. She wasn't kidding when she said keep it up and you will look like that. I'm so glad someone else loves this little gem of a workout video on Youtube.
  • I'm on day 3 of Jillian Michaels Shred. Has anyone tried that one? I was really sore last night and today so i was gonna skip but didn't let myself, I'm trying to do 30 consecutive days. I think my muscles actually feel better after i did the workout.

When I seriously wanted to start working out, I had the Jillian Michaels weight set, given to me a few years back. I was like, "She's a trainer; lets Google her and see what I find." Apparently I'm sheltered because I had no clue who she was!
Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism showed up on YouTube and that's how I got my start! I moved on to other things when I started suffering from sore knees (no one told me I shouldn't do high-impact every day!), but I still pull that one out when I want a challenge. And it still kicks my butt-- Not sure if I've ever gone *all* the way through in "advanced mode" without at least a couple extra breaks!

How often should I do it? I normally do 30-45mins cardio 6 days a week at the gym and do 3 days of strength training.
I was thinking of doing it once a week for a cardio day.
I definitely need to do it before my lower legs strength training. I think i can push it more.
    What did u do?

I think once a week for cardio sounds good. I wouldn't do this type of training more than 3 days a week MAX-- too hard on the joints!

Thanks I think I will. I keep trying to do different cardio each time to keep things challenging and effect different parts of my body.

I finished 30day shred and lost 4kg , now I decided to do 6 week 6pack but once a week include bfbm. I like it and think it's great cardio workout.

I did level 1 of the 30 day shred yesterday. Can someone explain how many days i do the level 1 before moving to level 2 or do I alternate? I get that it's 30 days but how many days at each level?
I found it very short and burned a disappointing 131 calories.

I might try Banish Fat Boost Metabolism Complete Workout next time.

It is alot more of a workout than people think. I started 1x week, then went to 2x week.
the jumping was too much on my joints., so I went to 1x week.
By the time I could a complete 360' squat-jump-turn, my ankle said No more. I was burning 325-425. It gave my body a boost to a nicer shape and overall strength. ~~If you have good joints and are young and healthy, you'll get something from it. Meaning I'm 60 and have a bad ankle and a knee replacement.
