I refuse to run. So any suggestions for different types of workouts I could try to lose weight with?

30 secs on/30 off. Or 20/40, 40/20 etc. One of your better options if you don't like running.0 -
ARC trainer love it!!! It has different levels and different programs and makes you burn a lot of calories also I do kettle worxs and it's amazing!!0

I am doing Beachbody dvd workouts. I like them because I don't have to think up an exercise program, they do it for me. I imagine any type of dvd program would be the same. (I am with you on the running...I just can't do it!)0
