I'm trying to lose around 30-40 lbs and really need support doing so. I do good for a week or so and tend to fall off because of lack of motivation. I'm hoping this app and your support can help me stay on track and get to my weight loss goal. Any tips, advice, recipes, exercises, etc is welcomed and I would be very appreciative. Feel free to add me as a friend as I will need all the support I can receive.
