I've been doing the bodyrock exercises for over a year and have seen amazing results. It's a lot of HIIT exercises and really work if you eat a clean, balanced diet.

    Zuzuka Light now has her own youtube channel and lives in LA.

    probably not- they had an extremely public and not so awesome divorce- the site did a lot of sketchy things on the transition- a lot of people left and thought Zuzka got the short end of the stick.

    shrug- I really disliked the "trend" zuzka- was doing all the work- then got her tits done- then did more work- eventually the split and he brought in Lisa Marie- they started dating- then she got her tits done- had her nose done- had to take her implants out- it was this whole like gyration and big deal- it was a pain in the a22 and it just looked sketchy as hell.

    So I wish Zuzka all the best-it was just a hot mess- but I doubt she's getting any money from it.

    I never could tell if Zuzka met her ex before or after she got famous (and got unmovable tits).

    Well I hope at least she likes LA better than Poland.

    it was my understanding she got them after they started dating but my memories are prompting me that before they started the fitness thing she had a questionable porn career first- but it's been a minute- don't quote me on that.

    Yes, it's called TheDailyHiit now. Zuzana has her own site and YouTube channel. I still do some of her workouts....they are fantastic! Love the workouts on bodyRock.

    Zuzka has her own site now, zuzkalight.com. I've been a member for about 6 months and her workouts are still amazing. The old school bodyrock workouts will always be classic.
