College Girl Trying to Get Healthy

Hi, my name is Sierra. I'm a freshman at CWU. When I graduated high school I weighed 105 pounds. After a summer working at a restaurant, that increased to 112. I maintained the 112 fairly easily my fall quarter of college but when winter quarter hit it all went downhill. I went to the doctor and found out I had reached 122. I now weigh 118 but my goal is to get back down to 105. I'm fairly active with having my horses at school with me and competing on the equestrian team, but I am taking a fitness conditioning class next quarter twice a week and planning on getting a workout time into my schedule as well!
