So yesterday I went cross country skiing and according to my HRM it says I burned over 2000 calories. I was in the negative for net calories, I ate about 1900 calories yesterday, but really was more tired than hungry. If you do that once in a while, it doesn't do harm does it? I'm thinking no but wondering anyways. thanks (I should have went skiing after eating those donuts awhile back) :)

Once in a while is fine - just don't make a habit of it. I haven't been cross country skiing in a long time - sounds like a fun day!
