Hey guys, Ok, I'm a waitress. I'm on my feet 9 hours a day from 12pm-9pm. I really need tips to learn how to food prep for an entire week. I work in a fish and chip shop so you can imagine how easy it has been for me to gain over 40lbs in just 3 years :(

What can I do?

There are lots of food prep videos on YouTube, hopefully you'll find some good ideas there.

    I haven't watched this but here's an example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UlJgC2FVQow

Easy to prep foods in bulk. See Pinterest/google for specific recipes:
    Breakfasts/Brunches
-egg muffins (egg, vegetables, protein, seasoning in muffin pan) (freeze well)
    -hard boiled eggs
-Cereal with milk (pre-measure the cereal, get a container that can hold milk that has lines for measuring volume)
    -overnight oats
    -instant oatmeal
    -breakfast burritos (freeze well)

    Snacks:
    -Pretzels
    -string cheese
    -baby bell cheeses
    -laughing cow cheeses
    -baby carrots
    -crackers/granola bars/prepackaged 'snacky' food

    Dinners:
-Casseroles (you're sure to find some that meet your dietary needs) (freeze well)
    -Soups (freeze well)
    -Crock pot meals (freeze well)
    -baked/roasted vegetables
    -curries (freeze well)

Crock pot cooking is great. Spend 15 minutes tossing some meat and vegetables into it, let it simmer while you sleep, and wake up to a real meal that tastes and smells like you slaved over a hot stove all day.
