Hello! 27 year old female here! I lost 110 pounds as a teen and maintained that loss for six years. A bad relationship caused massive weight gain over the span of a couple of years and I am back at 240. I have gained 80 pounds! I seem to be continuously gaining about 10 pounds every 10-12 weeks despite repeatedly trying to stick to changing my eating habits.
I do well for a couple of days or weeks even and then right around the three week mark I fall off the wagon again. I am hoping being part of the community can give me the extra support that I need. I have noticed recently I started to snore and cannot seem to be as active as I used to. So here we go. Hello to all!
