Heya, My name is Mellissa i am 22 and am in dire need of loosing weight, i came across mfp the other day and think its going to help tremendously, i really need to lose weight for my own health and also because I would love to become a mum sometime soon and its not going to happen unless I buck my ideas up and lose the weight needed to become healthy I have a goal dress size of 14 at the end but am setting myself small targets of 1/2 dress sizes every couple of months and need ladies to help me get through this time in my life.

Just log every single thing you eat every day, no matter how bad it is. You can't begin to make healthy changes until you know exactly how you eat.0

Spot on. Starting a log of what you are eating first would be really helpful.
continue eating like how you do at the moment for a week, have it all down on your diary. analyse it after.. and then you slowly replace each item from each meal to a healthy option..
this way you are able to ease yourself into a healthy regime rather than going from one extreme to the next, which isn't the best idea.
