Yesterdays dinner - Chicken, cheese, tomatoes and pesto

Sorry about the bad title.. I'm useless at giving my food fancy names.

Carbs: 9g
Fat: 26g (sat fat is 9g)
Protein: 69g

Ingredients (this is a pretty big portion, but I'm 5'2 and 49kg but managed to finish it):
  • 250g Chicken Breast
  • 50g Mozzarella Cheese
  • 180g Cherry Tomatoes
  • 30g Basil Pesto
  • Dry Basil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Method:
Preheat the oven on Gas Mark 6. Slice the chicken, and halve the tomatoes, add them to a bowl, spoon in the pesto and mix. Add the mix to a foil wrapped tray (easier clean up), dice up the mozzarella and throw that on top. Sprinkle some basil, and add a few twists of pepper. Put it in the oven for 20 - 25 mins, and tadaaa.
