does anyone know anything about plexus? does it actually help?

    I used it solidly everyday for 5mths. I did the drink plus all the other add ons they suggested. I also drank half my body weight in ounces of water everyday, which seems to be prerequisite for plexus to work :huh:
    So, in short... The only thing I lost was $$$$$$. Save your money. Plexus is just another MLM scam sucking trusting and desperate people in :disappointed:
    And their constant barraging clogs up your Facebook newsfeed :wink:
    Do a search on here, there's been quite a few plexus posts lately.

    I use Plexus and have had great results.
