Walnut Oil.

Hello guys, quick question, what do people cook chicken breasts in? I have been using Walnut oil. Is there anything healthier or is walnut oil just right?

    I don't cook it in anything. I just bake it. If I happen to fry it (rarely) I'll use whatever oil is around because idc.
