I recently completed a weight management program through my health insurance company and after YEARS of struggling, I was actually able to lose a few pounds - not enough to be at my goal but definitely enough to keep me motivated. The key (I think) was tracking my daily intake of food. Now that the program is over, I am a bit scared about putting the weight back on. I was so happy to learn about this site. One day down.... a lifetime to go!

Welcome and good luck! For me, I've definitely learned that tracking the calorie intake is the key to weight loss. Excercise has never been a problem for me, it was what I was eating. Getting the eating in check was my solution - hopefully you find yours!
Friend me if you're looking for motivation and support along the way.
Good luck!0
