Change

I started a class on counseling and social change. I guess I realized that I need to help myself before I can help others. I also recently went to the doctors and was told that I am likely to have high blood pressure if I dont change my eating and exercise habits. I had lost weight, but after being depressed for a while, I started eating to comfort myself and hide my emotions. I am quite optimistic and have been able to keep my routine for about a week now. I hope to continue and hopfully make the changes I need to make in order to become a healthy again.
