    Take it one day/one pound at a time set small attainable goals for yourself like 5lbs at a time and be proud of each victory!!

    Think about why you want to lose weight make a list and then look at stuff accordingly.... if u want to lose weight to go to that trip look at scenery pictures etc... :) try and do workouts with friends that rlly helps
