Any great challenge ideas for April?

    My friends and I set daily point goals and tally at the end of each week. One friend announces her daily points via status updates and I keep track of mine on a calendar and post at the end of the week.

    For example, here's my current challenge:
    1 point for completing diary
    1 point for not eating after 8 pm
    1 point for staying under daily calorie goal
    1 point for not drinking alcohol
    1 point for no grains at dinner
    I earn an additional point for exercising at least three times a week and earn bonus points for additionsal exercise. My weekly point goal is 36-38 points.

    This challenge has really helped my weight loss goal. I've lost 25 pounds since October. What's nice is that we all have different point goals, so it's flexible.
