For the first time since starting my diet...

I felt full and completely satisfied!!! :D

I've found that if I have a lower calorie breakfast (around 250-ish) and give myself 300-400 for lunch, I don't feel like I'm absolutely starving while I'm at class.

Then I still have enough room for snacks and a nice dinner!

I feel really good about dieting right now, which I couldn't say yesterday.

    That's great Sabrina! The more you do it, the better you will get. Sometimes I will go back through my diary and look and find meals or snacks that have satisfied me that day. I just discovered the "Food Notes". I think at the end of good days like that, I might add it to a note.
