so I like excel, if I could bring it with me to the gym I would be set.

But instead I was wondering if anyone knows of an app, doesn't have to link to mfp etc

An app that works something along the lines of you set up days, in these days you set up exercises with basic details like reps sets weight.

But for weight it records you weight lifted each time you do that exercise. So you can see that you increased the weight 3 weeks ago or last week or have never increased it.

The reason I am looking for this is I always have my phone on me and 2nd I feel like I am staying at the same weight too long.

So being able to see if I have increased the weight of not recently would help. Help me push my self a bit harder if I haven't increased the weight in a while.

Does this make sense? Does it exist?

I use BodySpace. Get a program like Labrada's 12 week transformation, load it into your programs, and voila, everything you asked for and more!!!

I've used GymBuddy and GymGoal2. Both are pretty good. GymGoal2 has a better ipad app and you can manually sync devices (upload to their servers and then download to other devices). Many of my routines are customized and GymGoal2 makes it pretty easy to create custom versions.
