Logging insanity

I use the data base on MFP to log many different foods and exercises but there is not one for insanity or insanity live. I don't have a hrm or calorie burner or anything like that. I don't want to buy one. Does anyone have a good idea? I've been logging it as aerobics high impact because that is listed. Do you think that is close?

If you don't plan to get a HRM then you're really just approximating. High Impact Aerobics may be about as close as you're gonna.
I did Insanity a few years back and LOVED it. It absolutely skyrocketed my fitness levels and got me into the BEST shape! Feel free to friend me!0 -

Buckle down and invest in a HRM. I'm in week 2 of insanity and it's so motivating when I saw that I burned 783 calories in 35 minutes on Wednesday. Then you'll definitely know what to plug in. Just make sure the HRM is one with a chest strap. Don't trust the wristband only ones.0
