Hi everyone I have been slacking for a while and now I am ready to go. I know that I have to be a smarter, stricter person than before and I am more motivated than ever.   • Hi. I'm with you. I finally saw a nutritionist last week and that's it for me from now on with any fad diets. I'm just eating right. Not clean. Not carb free. Not no sugar. Just the basic way to eat. I'm mostly mimicking a weight watchers it guess. Haven't " allowed" myself bread in years tho I've binged on it because it was part of the big no "s. Now it's light fiber one with turkey and honey Dijon sandwiches. ? Oatmeal etc for breakfast. Chicken and veggies salads etc for dinner and fruits. Which are no no "s on no carbs. Just plain old fashioned balanced eating. First week I've lost 4 lbs only about 46 more to go. First time in years I'm losing again
