Need help !

I have been doing my fitness pal for a little more than 2 weeks. When I went on the scale it said I lost 3 lbs. I haven't been on the scale for this week yet and I am nervous! I also feel like I haven't lost anything at all I look the same to me

2 weeks is not long enough to see "true" scale weight. Take measurements and do not go by just the scale. To see pounds start coming off you need at least 4 weeks (maybe even in the third week). Weight fluctuates by 1 - 2- 3- 4- pounds easily.
In the beginning as your body adjusts to less fuel (burning more calories than you consume) your body will start loosing fat but water retention is a huge factor.
Take measurements and go by how you feel in your clothes. Weight scale is only a small part of the changes that take place...
Edited to add: I do not know if exercise is part your goal and if you are exercising you need to throw this into the equation as well because your body adjusts to exercise as well.0
