    1. How long have you been doing your current plan?
    2. Are you weighing and logging accurately? It would be helpful if you'd unlock your diary for us to look at.
    3. Just because you eat clean and exercise doesn't mean instant weight loss. You have to eat at deficient for you. What is your calorie cap set at? When you signed up for MFP what did you say your goals were?

You lose weight from a deficit. What does "clean" mean?

All I can suggest is pay more attention to what you are eating and logging, don't eat back ALL your exercise calories, drink more water and be more patient. I think you have a very achievable goal. Good luck!
  • ive been in this plan for about a month. eating clean meaning little to none junk food/sweets..and when I do eat those its only because theres no other option (maybe twice a month). also, following my calorie intake suggested.

Here's what usually trips me up:

    1) Portion size. Try measuring/weighing for a week or two to see if there is any change.
    2) Drinking enough water?
    3) Are you being totally honest with what you're recording in MFP?
    4) How long have you been doing the same exercise routine? (Change it out to something totally different. If you're a cardio queen, add in some weight lifting.)

what does clean eating have to do with this????

this is the most important question - do you use a food scale to weight all solids and as many liquids as possible? < if no, then that is your problem….
