How many days until your diet plan became normal?

The moment I started the diet plan and working out, it took me about 6 days before my body got adjusted to the new calorie intake.
The first 3 days were eck...
I felt hungry...I had really nasty cravings for greasy foods...
but for some reason starting the 5th day...
those all disappeared and I didn't have that hunger feeling.
I just ate every 4 hours within the limit.
Just curious about other MFP users.

It took a few weeks because I was still trying to find out what worked for me. Raising calories, lowering them drastically, until I found a good medium.

I didn't find it took any time to adjust. The first day I started dieting I went for the lowest calorie option for everything and ended up eating 900 calories, so I planned foods that were a bit higher in calories the next day and carried on from there.

The first maybe 10 days to 2 weeks I felt like I was going to die of hunger.

5 weeks in, I still have hunger pangs but it feels much more manageable. I am definitely less hungry and I have eaten roughly the same number of calories since day 1.

Whenever I eat refined carbs I go ravenous with cravings. It takes a week or so for them to go away again. I try to limit my refined carb intake to holidays or special events only because of that.

A week or two. I was never starving, but I was eating so many vegetables that I wasn't even close to hitting most macros and calories were too low. Once I adjusted my protein higher, it balanced out.
