Hi. My Wellness Coach referred me to Pintrest to find some awesome recipes. So far so good. I just typed in High Protein meals and snacks and a bunch of stuff showed up. I would try there until someone here can give some good recipes.0

I pulled a roasted whole chicken out of the oven just this morning. I ate some of the breast with my morning stirfry of onion, mushrooms and mustard greens in coconut oil. Only 3 oz of meat.
