Just think why you want to lose weight, that let alone should be a good motivation. I don't work out with anyone and the scale doesn't always budge, but i know why i want to lose weight so i plug away at it. x0

Take pictures and measurements monthly. My scale barely moved but when I measured and took pictures there was a noticeable difference.0
