Food is awesome!

Im perfectly capable of eating what and how much I should. However..... I LOVE eating way too much of delicious unhealthy food.

Who doesn't? That's my only real struggle daily. I like exercising. Running, riding bike, playing with the kids. All are awesome. Long term, I can honestly say it's basically impossible to not go back to eating large portions of questionably healthy food.

That's my confession for the day, and an admission that it will be a lifetime of feeling bad about eating the way I'd like to.

    Large portions are okay, as long as you are exercising enough to make up for it.

    Love that confession. I'll fight to be a healthy weight the rest of my life and admit that I want to be able to eat whatever I wanna and as much of it as I wanna. But as for reality, I eat a little of it, eat a lot of green stuff that isn't pasta, and workout to stay healthy. LOL

    We are all fortunate to live in a world where plentiful food is considered a problem. ;)
