Loved it! Looking for something extra to do on the 10 min meditation days. I don't think this program will keep me from gaining more weight so I will be adding in some walking and push ups/squats on those days. Otherwise, this morning workout was great and I definitely needed the stretch! I wish I had found this sooner!
