Starting back up on my weight gain diet!

i have had no luck in years gaining any mass, this time I'm trying something different. Goal is going to be at least 8,000 calories a day. 4 days a week hard lifting and 2 days cardio. Let's see how it goes. Would love to get some friends on here as well. Thanks!

But my question is where did you get the number 8,000? I think that's a pretty big daily goal, even for trying to gain mass. I could be wrong, I mean everyone's different, but wouldn't 8,000 be a little hard to reach daily? I'm sure it could be done

Eating right along with mass gainer, protein shakes and eat eat eat lol0
