Hello! I'm excited to be using this App to help me on my healthy living and weight loss journey! It's wonderful to be surrounded by peers who are working toward a common goal. My goal is to lose about 50 more pounds and to live a more active, healthier lifestyle. I've lost 20.5 pounds over the last 5 1/2 months, I've added 3-4 days of cardio and strength training each week, and I've revamped my diet. I've completely cut soda out for the last 5 months. Since beginning to use this app, I've lost 7 1/2 pounds over a 3 week span! So I'm definitely seeing progress as I hold myself more accountable for what I eat!!! Good luck to everyone out there! We've got this!
