Fiber

Only been logging a couple days, and I know I need to eat more fiber, like a lot more fiber. I don't do fiber bars (don't like all the chemicals/preservatives/soy in them) so should I just buy some of the tasteless powder and sprinkle it on my food. I do a salad for one meal every day (or close too). Any ideas?

    Eat a lot more veggies. Get some fruits in there too.

    You shouldn't *have* to use a fiber additive if you don't want to. Not saying there's anything wrong with going that route, but I dunno... veggies sound way more appealing than powder.

    I don't eat fiber powder or bars, just lots of veggies of all kinds and different kinds of berries.
