I'm new to this site, losing weight pretty quick I think, I don't want to lose it to quick and then gain it all back, for someone trying to lose around 70 pounds what should my daily calorie intake be? I'm 26, 5'1.5 ....? Thanks for your help

Good start. You can find plenty of online calculators that will tell you your total daily energy expenditure (TDEE) based on your sex, age, height and weight, along with how active you are in a day. Then you can reduce your total calories by 10% to 20% each day to lose 1 to 2 pounds per week. As you go along you can fine tune the numbers to make sure you a) Have proper nutrition and energy for your day, and b) Are seeing the loss you want.

I like the Scooby Calc because it gives more information than most.
