6 months, down 41 pounds. I seriously thought that this could NEVER be done. I thought all the before / after photos were fake, or people had to live at the gym. Crazy right? Anyway, I want to thank this site, all the great people who shared their stories, and kept me motivated. Oh yeah my wife too, who is vegan so there are always healthy things around the house. And I guess to say to anyone that is wondering if it can be done: yes it can.

What did you do, specifically? Did you do loads of exercise and did you have"cheat days" or were you consistently in deficit of your daily calories? So many congrats to you 41 pounds is massive. Bet you feel better. X

Very consistent @1200 cals a day. The only cheating days occurred because of WINE! but I really tried to limit alcohol to weekends, and still try to stay near 1200. I have been doing 'plank' exercises, pushups and sit-ups, and once the snow melts here I will be on my bike and running. My goal now is 140# and and eventually a triathlon.

Excellent job! I don't think I'll even know what to think when I reach goal, haha. Very well done. (*)
