Weight loss wanted!;)

Hi, I'm newbie here but hope I'll catch on fast!:) I was always fit but I've noticed that as I'm getting older, gym itself isn't enough to lose weight. Healthy eating is my problem, and I'm not eating junk food but a bit of unregular eating habit, skipping breakfast and eating at 5pm. This app made me eat breakfast again and reducing amounts of food taken, counting steps from WiThings made me walk more, not driving so much anymore, so I guess I'm on the right path! My goal is to lose 20kg till the end of the summer, hope I'll do it with everyday gym and this app! Thumbs up!:)

Focus on your logging and deficit control first. you seem to have set yourself up well already. If you havent seen it, then this is the starter article on weight loss.
