I WORK TOO MUCH, BUT LOVE THOSE MUDRUNS!

I like the hardcore mudruns, (Tough Mudder, Spartan Race) trying to burn away the beer belly but always lack the motivation to keep it going after starting. I also work ridiculous hours with my job and am constantly doing 16 hour shifts that eat up my time. Cant let the mudruns go, but it's only a matter of time before I hurt myself less I get myself into way better shape, always open to that kick in the junk telling me to get my *kitten* up and push or you don't need that beer and do some situps. I am nearly 32 and not getting any younger, and the time is now. So if you feel like it, yell at me, I am all ears.
