Hey if anyone wants to join me I started today with a 30 day butt lift challenge. Super easy to start and you always have to start somewhere. is1vwf4xypeh.jpg

While the exercises are great for glute work (and are fine for maintenance), an actual "butt lift" would require progressive overload resistance over TIME. Increasing reps increases a muscles "endurance" and doesn't do much for a "lift". Especially if there's no rest time between days where muscle has a chance to recover. Even if it was progressive overload resistance training, 30 days wouldn't show much of a result anyway.
Not trying to be a downer here, but that's just how muscle in the body works. I'd rather let you know the truth, then have you go through 30 days of this crossing your fingers and hoping that results happen.
