I have been feeling under the wheather with allergies and tummy issues for two days and my diet is just going now where it seems. However I've been so excited with goals to meet and I know I can't give up this time I'm really doing pretty good. I have to get past this plateau I've been dealing with and my recent back slide. I am going to wake up in the morning and just put it behind me and forget looking at the scale the rest of the week. I usually take my official weight on sun morning. But I'm skipping it and waiting till next Sunday. To take a peek.
